How long does shipping take?
On hand pieces take 5-14 business days to ship depending on your location. Processing can run longer during a drop.
Made-to-order pieces take 7-14 business days to make and process, then 3-7 business days to ship.
Pre-order items take 4-6 weeks to be made, then 3-7 business days to ship.
Orders over $100 ship free.
If tracking says "delivered" but you didn't receive your package, contact the carrier first. If they confirm non-delivery, email us with documentation and we'll review it. Phantom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Will this restock?
We keep our drops small. Whatever's still up on the site is still available, and once a size sells out, there's no guarantee it returns.

We don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email support@wrldofphtm.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
