Phantom Return Policy

Returns for Store Credit Only:
We do not offer refunds or returns due to sizing concerns, as all items on the site contain a size chart to ensure correct fit. Although, refunds can be issued due to deficient products or wrongdoings on our end. 

Returns will only be accepted for store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Eligibility for Return:
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Extreme Circumstances: In rare cases of extreme circumstances, such as a significant error on our part, we may consider returns at our discretion.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@wrldofphtm.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photographs.

Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the items.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it is received. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Store Credit Expiry:
Store credit issued for returns is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the store credit will expire.
