How long does shipping take?
Pre-made pieces (hoodies, sweats, hats, denim) ship within 5–7 business days; processing can run longer during a drop. Made-to-order tees take 7–14 business days from order to delivery. Pre-order items take 4–6 weeks to be made, then 5–7 business days to ship.

Will this restock?
No. Every Phantom piece is a limited run. Once a size sells out it's gone — that's the point. Join the Rare Society list to hear about new drops before they land.
How does sizing run?
Hoodies and sweats are heavyweight with a relaxed fit — size up if you want it roomy. Tees are a drop-shoulder boxy cut, true to size. Every product page has a size guide with exact measurements in inches.
What's your return policy?
Because runs are limited, all sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so check the size guide on every product page. If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email support@wrldofphtm.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
How do I care for heavyweight fleece?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Air dry only — heat shrinks heavyweight cotton and stresses the embroidery.
